      Pros

      Great benefits and good pay, very well organized and good internal processes in place, over all a great place to work in most parts of the country.

      Cons

      Touch labor, "Teamsters" make it very difficult to be successful in sales, because poor work ethic and poor performance. Leadership is weak and management gets blamed for lack of production but is not given very much power to discipline.

      SUCKS FOR CASUALS

      Pros

      Everything if you can get on full time. Meeting new people and the different companies you go to every day as a casual driver those days are very far apart I'm going on two months no work!

      Cons

      City trucks need lots of improvement. RE: JUNK hammy downs from road drivers 6-7hundred thousand miles when city drivers get them. Upper management in a struggle over power.RE office personnel micro manage!
