Pros
12 Hour Shifts 4-Days on and 4-Days off with average pay. Enjoyed working with the Union Employees.
Cons
Upper management did not have a clue about the proper way to handle Union Employees. Treated them as though they didn't have a brain. It was a Us (management) against them (Union employee) attitude. You can't work as a team when you have that kind of atmosphere. My definition of Team is working with the whole group.
