Uniform provided, easy job, direct deposit, if you don't have a criminal record and pass a drug test you're pretty much guaranteed to get hired.

Cons

Pay is lousy, meaning it's embarrassing to say what you make out loud even to yourself. Communication is horrific, staff will fail to show up for their shift because they are not aware they have been scheduled. Arbitrary decisions constantly due to lack of documented procedure. Management forever sends out memos that nobody looks at. The lack of professionalism is cringeworthy. Turnover is out of control.
