Pros

Anyone under management level is a joy to work with. Major tools are provided, good amount of vacation time and fun customer.

Cons

Doesn't seem like management has any clue what their employees are doing, there is no follow through to take action whether it be good or bad. Values are strong but need to be followed by everyone.

Pros

Great team to work with and the people on the team care about their work. Supervisors care that their employees do the work right the first time and try to get them the tools and materials they need when needed.

Cons

It's a night-shift job. The employees sometimes have to fight for what they need to get the jobs done right. Would recommend as a starting job only to get hands on experience, not a long-term job.
