Good and competitive pay compare to market and other big companies. Superb benefits related to Time, Wfh, Transport, shift flexibility, Other small benefits like understanding Indian culture and festivals and as per that leaves of Wfh provided. Good people and friendly environment. Indian management is so supportive.

Cons

Not much but some benefits they can improvise is Maternity/paternity leaves, health related benefits, insurance, fun activities etc
