Pros

very flexible work schedule. Off days and holidays are same as student college schedule. Free classes if you are employed fulltime at ACC.

Cons

little room for growth even if you have worked in the same position for years and know the "ins and outs" of the college processes. They play the politics game, if you kiss butt, dont ever speak your mind about improving processes, you move up.
