The schedule is great, the pay increases yearly - which is great, the benefits are great, and the staff are very friendly.

Cons

The campus I work on is dated and has issues with mold - it needs renovations. Also, the hiring process is extremely slow.

Pros

On top of regular vacation, we also have paid leave for the spring break week and for about 7-8 during the Christmas holidays. If you enjoy helping students and making a difference this is a place to be. The atmosphere is friendly and most persons I work are very interested in helping students.

Cons

The college needs to create better career ladder opportunities for its employees. They are working on it and its appreciated.
