      Pros

      I worked at ACC while I finished my undergraduate degree. It was a good environment with supportive co-workers.

      Cons

      During enrollment periods it is very busy. That is not necessarily a con but you must be prepared to work a little extra during those seasonal periods.

      Pros

      An excellent employer, staff and families are great. Lots of opportunity to work hands on with children and families. Opportunities offered to substitute for Lead or assistant teachers and to train Lab students as well.

      Cons

      Were limited opportunities to come on full-time. Very little if any turnover ratio in employees. This is actually not a con, but it was the only thing I could think of.

      Pros

      Working with the students was very rewarding. Loved it when the students reached their highest potential and graduated with the regular classes.

      Cons

      Head instructor didn't treat the program as important as she should have for the student's served. Or students were learning impaired in college.
