Pros
Decent hourly rate of pay, simple clear job tasks, and it's very enjoyable and inspiring to work with community college students.
Cons
As an hourly employee, there are very few benefits, and no health insurance at all. The college takes so many breaks that it amounts to only 42 weeks of work per year. Limited to 19 hours per week.
