Pros

ACC is student-centered and really tries to meet the needs of its students. It is also a community of educators and staff who are friendly and who want to make the college a better place for students and the community. The college tries to celebrate diversity and inclusion!

Cons

There is not much, if any, mobility with regard to payscale.
