Most of the staff are a joy to work with.
Cons
ACC has too many upper managers. They are forgetting that the reason we are here is the students. They speak the "right" words but their actions speak louder and differently. Some are still working remotely and have lost touch with what the TRUE needs of our students are. Too much emphasis on DEI and not enough placed on the needs of the students to obtain the classes, at ALL ACC locations.
