      Pros

      Working with developmentally disable students aged 3-20 is quite amazing. To see the little advances and progress of the students, that's the best reason

      Cons

      The classroom aides that are hired are really hit or miss. Some are very dedicated to their students, others are obviously hungover and binged out. The wear and tear on your body from outbursts of the students and the stress in classrooms can be almost unbearable
