There is a lot of unequal favoritism towards certain departments and a lot of company drama for an organization of such a small size.
The president and exec team spent copious amounts of money taking clients out to lunch and on retreats but couldn't be bothered to notice that there was a broken microwave in the employee kitchen for over a month.
The executive team also liked to boast about how great the company was doing financially, but when speaking with coworkers you would learn that they hadn't had a pay raise in over 5 years.
The parking situation is a mess and unless you get to the office 20 minutes early or "win" a parking spot by some biased drawing you're stuck walking up a very steep hill (that is not maintained in the winter months) to a public parking lot.
The employees were overworked and underpaid and unfortunately, there is no room for career growth here.
