ACCESS TCA reviews

Company is run by someone who has put his children into high level management positions despite the fact that they are neither talented nor intelligent. Management will turn on you in a heartbeat. I know of at least 3 people who were fired because their clients left Access after having issues with management. Access reputation in the industry is very bad. Often times, people in the industry will look down on you because you work for Access. The company is at times exceptionally dishonest. It often seems that the company is there simply for the CEO and his children to make money and pat themselves on the back at the expense of employees. They have lost many of their big name clients so they are laying people off left and right. They will manufacture a reason to fire you as opposed to laying you off in order to avoid paying unemployment.

Much of the event industry still looks at Access TCA as an exhibit house only and does not see the value of the other offerings the company can provide such as meeting management and creative management.
