Pros

Indians have each other’s backs. Nice employee gatherings. Good benefit package.

Cons

Management could benefit from taking courses on healthy communication. Mainly just the ship leader. And... what company actually goes 6+ years without cost-of-living raises? If that’s not a red flag enough... 3rd floor looks great though!!

Pros

There are a lot of team-oriented people who work here. The majority of employees are helpful and will work with you to find solutions to complicated requests. There are a lot of fun "extras" at Access including "donut day" once a month, a summer outing with games and food, and a pancake breakfast before the holidays and busy season. Benefits are very competitive with a low deductible health care plan and employer contribution to your 401K

Cons

There is a high level of nepotism in the company, and generally low level of accountability. The President is the owner's daughter, and she seems more concerned with revenue and "new clients" than retention or profitability. The sales teams are consistently granted "discounts" after they've over-designed an exhibit, not trusting the designer to guide the design to be in budget. Emoloyees are never given company updates with useful information. Being a family-owned company makes it seem like they don't think they actually need to report how the company is performing to anyone. They don't share projections or profits. There haven't been employee raises in over 4 years. Being a person who tries to keep budgets and timelines in check will get you labeled as "difficult." They only want employees who will say yes to everything. There are a lot of remote employees and employees who take advantage of a work from home option. That can make communication difficult at times. Nice gig if you can get it, I guess.

Pros

Enjoy folks I work with

Cons

They seriously underpay and only promote based on politics, and think donut days are enough to keep people happy
