Pros

Profitable industry, lots of work to keep you busy on a daily basis

Cons

When they say on call 24/7, they mean 24/7. Lack of renovated stores equates to old wiring and faulty phone lines...false alarm calls at 3am, etc. Personal use of car costs too much for a low annual salary.

Pros

Great group of employees who go above and beyond in helping every customer and their coworkers inspite of upper management.

Cons

Refusal to listen to their employees, no breaks, irrational scheduling and store coverage, dishonest practices from upper management, failure to respond to phone calls from their employees, harassment to "sell" cards to customers who can't afford the hidden fees associated with the card.

They do not care about there employee's.

Cons

You have to poor at a poor looking environment. People seem unprofessional. Executives/managers do not care about you. They do not appreciate your hard work.
