      Pros

      I work with a fairly good group of people.

      Cons

      Sharing of information between departments is lacking. Benefits are going downhill. Raises are only cost of living (2%), if we get that.

      Pros

      The ability to control your own schedule and work load on a daily or weekly basis. Bonuses are good as long as the goals are realistic. They change constantly but they can't give a good explanation on how they are set. More of a dart board approach.

      Cons

      Poor senior management and no real origination. Things constantly change with no real results. This is not a company with strong structure. No career advancement. This is a Payday lender at the core of the business and they cannot be trusted no matter how they may come across. High turnover in DM and Senior Mgt ranks.Since the CFPB is coming after the loan business there is a heavy push on Direct Deposit goals for company survival to offset the upcoming lost in the loan business. Force to fire employee if they miss their goals by a small margin. No real HR structure as well. If can live with yourself knowing you are in the Payday business then it will not be a problem

      Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. Our focus is serving our customers who do not have access to traditional banking services. While lending is an available service, most of our products are non-loan focused and ACE is the largest owner operator of check cashing stores in the United States. We are also active in our communities and since 2004 have donated $9.7 million to charitable organizations across the nation.
