Pros

The co-workers and kids we interacted with were the best (and only) good part

Cons

-no room for REAL growth, they’ll move you around different departments but the pay rarely increases -I’ve talked to BIs at the office and they struggle with management more than I do -higher ups do not care about entry level staff at all -horrible hours and worse pay

Great community within the office. Supportive supervisors on your cases. Very rewarding field to work in

Doesn’t feel like the company cares about it’s employees. Feels like the choices upper management makes is for the money rather than for the concern of the quality of services being delivered. Lots of things they still need to improve on. Company has expanded so much that there’s a big disconnect between the RBTs that make them their money and upper management
