      - clinical recognition - opportunity for growth - Monthly CEUs for BCBAs - lots of opportunities for collaboration between master level supervisors and BCBAs - BCBA supervision opportunities - in-depth training process - Interventionist monthly recognition - positive and helpful front office staff. - paperless data - clinic based sessions for various age groups - opportunities for interventionist growth within the company.

      - average pay scale Given current pay scale for credentialed supervisors, the pay could be higher. Mainly due to the cost of living.

Lots of opportunities for collaboration with your peers. -Monthly opportunities for CEUs for BCBAs (diverse topics for CEUs) -Available bonuses for supervisors (e.g., iphone, etc.) -Diverse caseload of clients to work with (e.g., in home, social groups for all ages) -Flexibility with your schedule -Good training for new staff (e.g., BI and Supervisors)

      -Disorganization within HR (Has gotten better, but in the past may misplace documents or request for documents that have already been submitted).
