      Pros

      The Chula Vista office is full of the most passionate people I’ve ever worked with. The BIs are all wonderful and truly care about the clients. We have a lot of in-clinic clients so it’s nice to feel like part of a community, which is rare in the ABA field as it’s often mostly out in homes. Our front office staff is also very helpful and kind. It feels like a family!

      Cons

      We are outgrowing our office! Which is a great problem to have. Client cancellations are always tough, but part of the field. ACES does a good job trying to problem solve that issue.

      Pros

      Great teamwork and communication, In house CEUs, very fair caseload, Flexibility with scheduling (which is very helpful as a mother of two), opportunities to learn from more experienced BCBAs, and most importantly, everyone is passionate about making a difference.

      Cons

      Clients will occasionally cancel sessions.

      Pros

      I work at ACES CV. The director is very helpful and makes the work environment enjoyable. The culture in CV is amazing, I love to come in to work to serve our families. I am very happy to also make a difference in our employees life by providing them with professional development and support in the field.

      Cons

      Bigger office. We have big rooms but we have multiple things going on in the same room (e.g. 1:1 sessions, peer group, NH training); it can get loud and hard to focus on the task at hand.
