Pros

The Supervisors I have worked have been great listeners and provide great feedback!

Cons

The amount of times a client has cancelled on me whilst I'm within 2 minutes of leaving, or when I am already close to their home is more than I can count.

-Not enough cases, which equates to not enough hours

Pros

Everyone in the company is fairly nice and easy to get along with. I love working with the clients and the families.

Cons

Not enough hours, despite the number of clients that need services. Client cancellations = no pay for that session. Insufficient pay for the mental and physical work BIs put into working with some of our slightly more challenging clients.
