Pros

The Southbay team is amazing and very supportive. The supervisors are great and teach you so much in order to help individuals on the autism spectrum. Also, ACES is the best company for those looking for services. We have great staff!

Cons

The company is terrible when it comes to completing your annual review. The pay is very low compared to other competitors in the city. There is room for growth but the company is not very supportive. You can find support from supervisors when it comes to learning more. There is a very high turnover due to the low pay.

Pros

I have been in the ABA field for 17 years and I have never experienced a company so focused on professional growth, work-life balance and internal support systems. Every "oopsie" is viewed as a growth opportunity and goals are constantly being set in order to achieve better professional outcomes. Criticism and shame are not the MO of this company; you will never be made to feel bad about mistakes or oversights. Rather, you are empowered to self-reflect and move forward with better strategies and a solid plan for success. ACES stands by its staff members, even during difficult situations with families; you will always feel like someone has your back while working at ACES.

Cons

I wish I could say that there is a huge, glaring, red flag for working at ACES, but beyond the usual bumps you'd find anywhere, there are no significant "cons" to present.
