Pros
Awesome supervisors, most of them seem like they have been trained to be friendly and give feedback politely. I used to feel anxious when they would overlap with me on a client but they are really there to support you (despite their busy workloads). There's also the typical stress related to working with autistic children - but at least you don't have to live with them.
Cons
Difficult to sustain a stable 30/week hour for a 6 month period in order to qualify for full-time benefits. Confusing communication lines, especially with HR. I only have faint ideas on what goes on with the supervisors' responsibilities and the overall structure of the company.
