      I was disappointed with the lack of support given when you first were placed with families.

      Pros

      I decided to work here because of the recognition that comes with ACES, and I had past ABA Therapy experience.

      Cons

      At first I thought the training was good and necessary, but then realized once in the field I had absolutely no support, no instruction, and had no real introduction with the children and any of their other therapists or my supervisors.

      Great environment, flexible schedule, awesome experience

      Cons

      Got "promotion" to new position with several more responsibilites and after a year still have not gotten a raise.

      Pros

      Some supervisors are very supportive and a interested in helping you move up. Other BIs are great and helpful. Love the kids. I can almost always pick up extra Saturday hours.

      Cons

      Some supervisors are not helpful and supportive and treat BIs as temporary employees of no importance. No benifites for BIs even if working 35 hours. Company doesn't try to retain current employees, mostly interested in hiring new employees. No system for employee reviews or raises. Supervisors do not train or prep parents about what to exspect from thearpy before BIs get there.
