      Easy to apply and trained to obtain RBT.

      Cons

      Client cancellations. Scheduling Department does not inform, and if you are in need of permanent sessions, it takes awhile to have a client. A couple of staff is not professional; rude or RBTs make groups within themselves.

      Easy hire. No exp needed.

      Cons

      6 weeks Online training (videos) then they gave me a kid and expected me how to work the iPad and have a lesson plan first day on the job. I’ve never even been on site before and they expected me to know where the supplies are. No culture, coworkers don’t talk or take breaks together. You go to work and clients can cancel the day of. Drive to work just to be sent home or cut paper for min wage for 2 hrs max.
