Positive team environment. Opportunities to improve skills and interaction with clients from experienced staff and other BCBA. Opportunities to gain leadership experience and skills that will help you during in-home cases. Chance to learn BCBA skills if you would like to move onto that. Diverse opportunities to make sessions fun.

Cons

Clients may cancel at their discretion which may affect your finances dramatically.
