The stress was hard to cope with. There was very little room for error and mistakes were impermissible due to the legal ramifications of the work. I would stress about work for hours after I'd left worrying I made a mistake. When I inevitably had made some error they were never mean or punishing, but expected perfect performance.

Growing pains such as periodic management role shifts, undeveloped standardizations, and balancing workload between employees. However, vast improvements have been made to these areas recently and are expected to continue.
