Pros

I have been an employee for almost eight years and don't plan on going anywhere else. The company is owned by a family of good and honest people that sincerely care about their employees. It is truly a family atmosphere , where we work hard and play hard! We have excellent benefits and a generous vacation and paid time off package. There is also excellent opportunities to grow and move up the ladder. The pay here is also good , especially if you perform well . ACityDiscount rewards those who excel. I am happy to be a part of the family here and enjoy my job every day!!

Pros

Working for this company has helped develop my professional business skills though hands-on experience and industry training and conferences. It is a great place to start one role and be given the opportunity to move into others and expand your skill set. The company allows for the opportunity to expand and develop your knowledge with different teams, as well as the chance to advance within the company. People are friendly and staff is knowledgeable. Several people have been with the company for 5, 10, nearly 20 years. Because it is a family business, the owner and senior managers can be approached regularly, unlike larger companies. Company offers 401K match and competitive benefits package.

Cons

Change does not happen quickly. Management is careful about change, ensuring best practices.

One of the worst place to work in Ga. very dirty place. Company not making anything they buy more than they receive financially. Micromanage everyone. Boring wrist cutting Thursday meeting. Horrible controllers who is very clueless. Really unsanitary. Lot of Door slamming. Don't get many holidays. Really old fashion environment... Don't expect to get what you need. You are not allowed to have a opinion.
