I recruited for the company for 5 months, I put my two weeks notice in and they terminated me day of so they clearly do not care about people. While I worked with them they were constantly having high turnover. They want to pay people as little as possible and only hire people that are below the age of 30 that do not have families. Their benefits are horrible look at them before you take a job here. You will pay $800+ a month if you have you and one other person on them. You get a week of vacation, no 401k match, no parental leave, and your pay will be low if you go into their sales department. The leaders here say they want to improve the company but they just want to know how to make more money.

Work hours Lack of training Products being offered You're maxed out at 3 weeks of PTO with over 10 years of seniority. Very expensive benefits. No 401K match. They are looking to open an office in Michigan so they can send everyone back to an office environment. Underwriting Mentors all give different answers to the same question.
