They will teach you everything from the ground up and they give you freedom to get things done you're way. Very nice office environment and coworkers that are always looking to help you succeed. This is a #1 rated lender as well which really helps as well from a selling standpoint.

Cons

Not really any cons very good place to work if you are willing to put in the time and effort to succeed.
