      With an innovative culture and a positive work environment, the organization prioritizes the well-being of employees, offering flexible work hours, remote options, a stable, secure company, good leadership and management, and competitive compensation.

      Cons

      High expectations: Not every individual may find the streamlined boutique-style culture to fit their personality, especially those with previous large OEM or Tier 1 corporate development process experience.

      Thank you so much for your feedback! We love your feedback about expectations and suggestion about AI as a tool at Adapt Technology. Your feedback about "high expectations" is very valuable to us and I (Steve) want to investigate how we can better improve. Some good news for you, AI as a tool at Adapt Technology is being investigated since the beginning of March. Currently we are trialing a couple of tools before releasing to all the engineers. We want to better streamline operations for all engineers that could create a more efficient workflow. It's actually part of Project Tech. That all being said, we really value your feedback.
