Your feedback about "high expectations" is very valuable to us and I (Steve) want to investigate how we can better improve. Some good news for you, AI as a tool at Adapt Technology is being investigated since the beginning of March. Currently we are trialing a couple of tools before releasing to all the engineers. We want to better streamline operations for all engineers that could create a more efficient workflow. It's actually part of Project Tech. That all being said, we really value your feedback.
