Pros
Employees are treated like adults, not micro-managed. Great work atmosphere. Great bosses and coworkers. This type of work environment allows the ability to focus on the task-at-hand, and NOT be distracted by any silly detrimental office politics.
Cons
Honestly, for the first time in any job, none that I could think of.
