Little chance for advancement past local management

Although it has been years now since I've worked there, I was uncomfortable with the sexism. At the time, I was in my mid-twenties and received numerous sexual comments from male co-workers. This often occurred in front of others, and nothing was ever done about it. I never pursued any action because I never felt threatened by it, but it was uncomfortable and inappropriate nonetheless.
