      -Lots of experience, from construction to management -You will get responsibility, use this as time to develop your skills to their maximum -Get an opportunity to develop management skills -Interesting work environment & projects -Decent RRSP matching -Good place to start as a junior engineer and opportunities to move around the world after 3 - 5 years with the company
