stable, less stress with work. remote options. invest in latest tech stuff

Cons

more stress due to politics...no bonus for developers as if they are tread as bunch of people copy paste code from google. peoples supposed to be in politics are in the engineering division of adp. good things ,ADP teaches how to get along with people. senior engineers dont even understand how new stuff work...
