ADP Apprentice reviews

I watched several people quit on the spot and several people get fired within a short time. With every fire and quitter, you would think higher ups would come in and review the training quality within this office and take a step back to realize where they are lacking. HUGE lack of communication with apprentices and new hires. All of the work with new hires was given to a mentor which is not fair to that person who has their own work to do and career to focus on.
