Benefits and 401K. Amenities in office.

Cons

Over worked. Base of clients too high. ‘Want you to grow in position’ but don’t let you take opportunities presented without pulling teeth. Management will make false promises and put the world on our shoulders and wonder why we are failing. Stressed at all times.

-work/life balance -benefits -PTO -its a great work environment where everyone is open and gets along -there are many growth opportunities

Cons

-sometimes i feel like depending on the dept there is hard communication between other depts and others do not want to help you
