you have to work the same leads over and over, its sales so there is some pressure.

Great people to work with. Hours are flexible, good training programs, great team to work with. Overall enjoyed the team aspect of work

Cons

Career Growth is non existent. Have several temporary employees that come and go. Upper Management is lacking, need to bridge the gap from Management to employees.
