Pros

The managers try to make you feel good by lying to you.

Cons

Terms for promotion aren’t realistic, the salaries are a joke and the other departments know it. We don’t get raises, we get t shirts and mugs. It’s a call center and they expect us to solve complex issues in minimum time. The “support” from management is fake.
