Pros

Work-life balance is ok here

Cons

Very high turnover rate both voluntary and invaluntory, managers don't really care about the well-being and career development of associates. The brand slogan claimed a more human resource, but actually this company is not at all human in many senses. Stay away from it as much as you can!
