      Pros

      great team environment with working as Data conversion specialist. Learn up-to-date technical data on the job. Great team lead support. Encouraged to keep learning while building your brand. ADP offers all sort of business groups that you can join and professionally network from.

      Cons

      Some management positions were not experienced with being personable. They may have the knowledge of how to manage teams but not have a clue of the work involved with the associates daily responsibilities. This is helpful when doing reviews.

      Great peers and general workforce.

      Cons

      Terrible upper management, unethical. Not opposed to lying and naking things up about there employees. Also, management has no experiences doing the work of the "front line"! Management has no clue, proceed with caution.
