Pros

Snack cart, pay is ok negotiate your pay to the max

Cons

Client satisfaction driven at all cost. Don't care about really training you. They throw you in after the basic training is complete. They pile on clients

Pros

Lots of support available, team oriented work culture

Cons

The amount of clients you’re expected to have at any given time has risen dramatically. Some associates have almost 200 clients at any given time, and are expected to regularly be available to take more on while managing all your existing clients issues. Many associates struggle over the massive work load and morale is very low during particularly hard weeks. Associates feel like we can’t take time off without worrying about the work that will be there waiting for us. They constantly add more work and initiatives and move the goalposts for the sake of their customers with little regard for associate mental health.
