There's a big learning curve, but you're well supported and it's well worth it because there are opportunities to move and grow in any direction within the company.

Recognizable brand, established, never an issue with being paid on time, allows work from home.

Cons

Too big - most achievements and/or mentions in the news have nothing to do with regular employees, nor do they have any affect on them either. Mid-level management makes questionable decisions, are not held responsible for what goes on in their teams.
