Not really much - room to move up I guess but it’s really slow

Cons

It’s going to be a lot of work for very little pay that won’t work in a high cost of living area like NJ. It makes it not worth it.

There are a lot of super tenured associates at ADP for a reason, the compensation and range of career opportunities are excellent.

Cons

It is a competitive workplace in the sense that if you are not a proven contributor, you are vulnerable in the event that layoffs occur.
