They will take anyone and train them Good starter position High turn over rate Lots of knowledge in the company

Cons

Low pay based compared to national average salary (but its a great stepping stone to get the career started) A lot of people who have been doing the same job for decades (pro or con it's a good company, that one can easily be with for the long term) Hard for an employee to get new innovations in the company
