Excellent training programmes, really great place for someone to start a career. They will hire people with little to no relevant experience and ensure they are fully trained. This means there is a genuine eagerness to keep people within the business, ensuring that knowledge is spread throughout departments by offering excellent prospects to employees outside of the entry level roles.

Cons

Salary can be lower than market and workload can be heavy at times!

co-workers were awesome, everyone was over-worked and stressed so an unbreakable bond was formed

Cons

*Overworked * Not flexible * No Support *Get rid of toxic management at all levels. They keep on bad managers who have been there for 20-30 years and don't review the numerous complains from employees about them.
