ADP is by far the best company I've ever worked for. Amazing benefits, PTO upfront, and a company that cares about the employee on a personal level.

Cons

The positions are more demanding than the job description entails. The expectations are unrealistic in an eight-hour day/ 40 hour week.

Pros

Benefits, great pay, great PTO Plan. Almost a month and a half total in first year.

Cons

No work like balance. Mandatory OT during holidays. It’s a call center. They say it’s not but it is. Productivity over employees mental health
