Since we work in payroll, there are black out periods during holidays, however once you get used to this and understand why, it becomes part of your life

ADP claims to be a technology company, however, they are anything but that. Their systems are old school. The leadership does not get it. They seem to be unable to comprehend that their systems are manual and out-dated. ADP needs new leadership who are innovative and visionary. They continue to lose business because they just don't get it and refuse to listen to those that do.

Great co-workers, insurance/benefits, and team work focus.

Cons

Management is focused on entry level employees that can follow instructions/script they can pay less to reduce costs while laying off all their tenured employees that really know the systems and can think outside the box.
