The employees support each other

Cons

Constantly overworking employees by adding on additional duties on a monthly basis with no additional compensation. The goal post constantly moves so they don’t have to promote people. The higher ups only care about lining their own pockets not about the well being of the employees who work hard for them. They don’t “ask” you to stay late they advise you that your hours are being extended and they have mandatory overtime for 3 months out of the year.

At the ground level, teams are incredible.

Cons

Decision makers know nothing. Pay is laughable. There is literally no benefit to being loyal to ADP.
